How to Write Your Birth Intentions—for LGBTQ+ families

Madrone is a licensed midwife and doula with 20 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum. In this workshop, Madrone will guide you through the step-by-step process of creating a birth plan document to be used in any birth setting, as well as clarify your birth intentions so that you can communicate your unique needs with your care providers. They will also discuss the stages of labor along with protocols and interventions for each phase of labor—all specifically for LGBTQ+ birthers.

Hosted by PregnantTogether founder and licensed Midwife, Marea Goodman.

Marea Goodman, LM, CPM (she/her/they), is a licensed midwife and published author with expertise in supporting people through conception, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
