Prepare for Birth: Prenatal Exercises to Open the Pelvis

Join Marea Goodman, LM, CPM (she/her/they), founder of PregnantTogether, for a conversation with Gina Conley (she/her) of Mamaste Fit about prenatal exercises that can help you open your pelvis, ways to support your baby’s position, and exercises to release your pelvic floor—all tools that will help your birth go easier and smoother!

Gina Conley has her masters in exercise science and is a birth doula. She is a perinatal fitness trainer and owner of MamasteFit, an in-person perinatal training facility in Aberdeen, North Carolina. Gina has exclusively trained prenatal and postnatal fitness clients for the past 6 years, and offers both in-person and online training support. Gina is mom to three little ones, and is passionate about empowering others to feel strong and pain-free throughout their pregnancies as they prepare for their birth and postpartum journey.

You can find Gina and her sister, Roxanne, a labor and delivery nurse, sharing tons of perinatal focused education on their Instagram page, @mamastefit with over 200k followers, their website mamastefit.com, and online courses and fitness programs.
